9 Unusual Buildings

Here are some unusual buildings that we’ve prepared to you. Actually, there are many others, but below are the well-known ones 😀

1. Upside Down House

This unique house located in a tiny village, Symbark, Poland. It’s designed by Daniel Czapiewski.

This building is located in Prague, Czech Republic, and designed by Vlado Milunic in cooperation with Canadian architect Frank Gehry.

3. Solar Ark

It is a solar power generation facility building located in Japan.

4. Basket Building

It’s a seven-floors corporate basecamp of the Longaberger Basket Company. It’s in Ohio, USA, and you can see the basket handles from inside because the ceiling is made from glass.

5. Robot Building

This unusual robot building is in Sathorn business district, Bangkok, Thailand. It’s the headquarter of United Overseas Bank in Bangkok.

6. Rotating Tower

It’s an amazing masterpiece located in Dubai. With total of 80 floors, it’s rotating full 360 degrees every 90 minutes. It will take 6 days to match each floor in the tower.

7. Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum

The building is located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. This is second oldest Ripley’s museum in the world. It’s designed like the Empire State Building is fallen over, with King Kong on top of it.

This beautiful and unique building is located in Anhui Province, China. Inside the violin is the escalator to the top levels. This building is a showroom for exhibitons.

Crooked House or Kryzywy Dommek is an unusual-shaped building in Sopot, Poland. It was built in 2004 and designed by Scotynscy and Zaleski who got the inspiration from a fairytale illustrations.
